Refund & Exchange Policy (Riallux Jewellery)


1. Change of Mind


Once an order is confirmed, refunds are not available for change of mind.

This applies to all items, including ready-made and personalised pieces.


2. Personalised / Custom Orders


All personalised, engraved, or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be refunded or cancelled once preparation has begun.

3. Exchanges

If you change your mind after confirming the order, you may:

Exchange the item for another product of equal or higher value

Pay the difference if the new item is higher in price

Exchanges must be requested before the item is shipped.

4. Store Credit

You may request store credit instead of an exchange.

Credit has no expiry and can be used on any future order.

5. Incorrect or Damaged Item (Our Mistake)

If an error is made on our side (wrong item, incorrect engraving, or manufacturing defect), we will:

Replace the item

Or provide store credit

Refunds are only issued in rare cases where a replacement is not possible.

6. Order Preparation

 

Once materials have been allocated and production/preparation has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

7. Delivery Issues

We really do the neccessary, but We are not responsible for delays caused by external delivery services.
